EGF/EDHA Loan Scandal: EDHA recently destroyed documents

The EDHA shredded federal documents in the time-window Executive Director Jim Richter came forward about the un-paid loan. The shredding of the documents was the result of office personnel becoming increasingly nervous and paranoid, said a staffer. The $510,000 loan to the City of East Grand Forks from EDHA is not the only half million dollar loan that was granted by Richter that has gone unpaid; there is another like it, said a source. |
